Residential Training

Helen offers intense residential training over a period of one to two weeks, for dogs from all over the country. Any level of problem is dealt with, from red cases to pure bad manners. Contact us for a price, which will be dependent on the individual dog's needs.

Helen Masters Dog Training offers residential training and is for dogs with any level of problems, from red cases to pure bad manners. Dogs can be left in Helen’s care for one to two weeks, depending on their issues.

During their stay, your dog will be treated like one of Helen’s own, in an environment where they will feel nurtured and well cared for.

Dogs are welcome to stay in Helen’s house, socialise with her family and learn from the mentor dogs. For dogs who like some alone time, there is a heated cabin with enclosed pen in her garden, where dogs can have some down time.

Dogs in residential training are not kenneled save for a one hour training session, they are with Helen 1:1, in groups, at classes, mucking out the horses, etc. They are very much involved in all aspects of her life, constantly getting training from her, Gladys, Derek, Gunner and Gloria.

Spaces are limited, subject to the specific issues of the dog.

When your dog is ready to be returned to you, Helen will work with you to teach you everything you need to continue the work at home. Helen always uses methods which you are capable of implementing yourself.

Prices are available on request.

“Five Stars and then some! What can I say other than Helen has transformed our dog.”

Laura Frost

Tonia Evans

“Helen has given us the tools to progress and move forward—tools that work specifically for our dogs and not just the same ones used for every client. Since picking the dogs up, we’ve taken them on walks around other dogs that we never would have dreamed of doing before.”
