Helen offers bespoke training packages for those wishing to embark on a career in dog training or the wider canine industry. These courses are designed by Helen based on the many qualifications she holds, her years of experience and her best practices.

Helen Masters Academy – Stage 1 Behaviour. This brand new course is for anyone wanting to become a dog trainer or behaviourist. Alternatively, if you are a passionate dog owner and want to improve your knowledge, this course is for you.

For dogs generally well behaved to practice their socialising, lead walking and recall.
Start time – 10 at The Flying Horse Pub in Smarden.

On now – evening classes.Everything from puppy socialisation to Kennel Club Good Citizen Bronze, Silver and Gold. Six week, small group course.

Saturday 1st Feb – 4 Week Neutrality Course.
A small group short course for reactive dogs seeking neutrality. We will use my own dogs as mentors from my sand school at my farm before practicing our learning in public in the final week.
Two spaces remain in the 11:30 class.

This course will cover: Toilet training, Dogs eating their own poo, Play biting, Jumping up, Barking and Digging.

There are 14 questions and 1 case study to complete.

I am offering this course for just £300. This is for people wishing to increase their knowledge on dog behaviour, dog business owners and people who wish to become a behaviourist and trainer. It’s also accredited for CPD points.

Those wishing to learn more and complete multiple choice questionnaire as pet owners can purchase the course for £200 after this week. This will help you navigate and correct the stressful behaviours of young dogs and rescue dogs.

This course is a basic fundamental to canine behaviour. Every prospective dog trainer needs to have a profound knowledge of canine behaviour. This course is a mixture of distant learning and face to face practical assessment.

Helen will provide you with a course pack. In this pack you have a set of written assignments to complete. There is no time limit to complete these assignments, this is a self paced study to fit around your other commitments. Once you have submitted and passed the written assignments, you will arrange with Helen to complete the practical assessments. These will be done at a location to suit both parties with dogs of Helen’s choice.
